How do I return an item?

It is our desire to make sure you are happy with all products you order from us. From time to time you may find reason to want to return an item for a refund of your money. We are happy to assist you in the process, but please understand that we desire to keep your costs down by not incurring unneccessary expenses with returns of items. We encourage you to make sure you have researched the item you are purchasing so that you are sure it suits your needs. If not sure please contact us to find out more about the item or talk with a technical specialists who can help you make an informed decision. In an effort to assure your complete satisfaction we have implemented the following--
Refund/Return Policy:
Generally items purchased from our website or by phone are returnable within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
Contact customer service if you want to return an item after 30 days of purchase date or if you have already opened the package. Some items have warranties and if you they stop working may be replaced or repaired under the manufacturers warranty. Software generally is sold without warranty, but manufacturers may provide technical support and software updates to fix problems with their software. Please contact the manufacturer for all technical support and warranty questions.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
You must remove all copies of software from your computer(s) when returning software.
If you have already opened an item, contact customer service before returning. Opened items may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. We reserve the right to refuse receipt of damaged items so make sure you insure items you return to us. Opened items may be returned to you without refund if they are not resaleable.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
